Information on the registration form will be retained by Daybreak 

Tubbercurry/ SMD Retail Ltd the registered Data Controller, operating 

the Loyalty Scheme.

1.

Points/Offers can be only saved while making a purchase. Therefore, your

card must be presented to the cashier at the checkout before making

a purchase. Points/Offers will not be allocated once your purchase has been

completed.

2.

Points/offers will be deducted for refunds given.

3.

The Promoter may vary the periods of when points/offers may be “saved”

and when points/offers may be “redeemed”. Points/offers will be accumulated on

every purchase (excluding restricted items).

4.

You will be able to save points/offers in Daybreak Tubbercurry loyalty

scheme only.

5.

Products may be excluded at the discretion of the promoter or by

the operation of law e.g. cigarettes, alcohol, lotto etc.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject any card if they deem that it

has been forged or otherwise tampered with.

7.

To join Daybreak Tubbercurry Loyalty Scheme you must be 18 years

or older.

8.

The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters

regarding the Daybreak Tubbercurry Loyalty Scheme.

9.

Your Daybreak Tubbercurry Loyalty Card is not a credit, payment

or cheque guarantee card.

10.

If you have not made any purchase during a period of 6 months, you

may be eliminated from the loyalty program. You may re-join at

any time. At your written request, your name can be removed from

the Daybreak Tubbercurry Loyalty Scheme.

11.

Points/offers are not awarded for purchases by account or fuel card.
